Fidelity’s high resolution LCD Mosaic Wall™ provides a detailed, wide-angle external view that greatly increases the utility of the simulation device. It provides higher pixel density per scene than other visual systems costing many times the price. Unlike lower-resolution projected displays, the highly detailed LCD Mosaic Wall provides the visual cues necessary to use MOTUS for a wide range of VFR maneuvers. The external display works perfectly in concert with the six-degree-of-freedom motion base to provide Total Flight Immersion.

MOTUS comes complete with a worldwide airport and topographical database. Pilots can train at any airport anywhere on earth. And the database is fully user-reconfigurable. If terrain or taxiways are not exactly as they are at the actual airport, they can easily be edited to match. Users can even add visual objects to the display, including buildings, dams, towers, and other detail, to enhance the training experience.
