Alpha A/S of Odense, Denmark announced today the purchase of a MOTUS® Bell
222 flight simulation device from Fidelity Flight Simulation, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The simulator will be type specific to the Bell 222U model, and will include Fidelity's
6-axis motion base, LCD Mosaic Wall external visual display, and dynamic control
loading. Air Alpha will use the device for Bell 222 crew training to support its
European and Greenland flight operations, as well as offer the device for training
other operators in the Scandinavian and European market.

Fidelity will use
the shell of a salvaged Bell 222 for cockpit authenticity, and will include all
non-normal and emergency functions necessary to meet Air Alpha training requirements.
This type specificity includes key circuit-breaker functionality for electrical
systems and autopilot. The LCD Mosaic Wall external display will offer a 150°
horizontal field-of-view, and will include Fidelity's worldwide topographical,
airport and navaid database. Air Alpha will additionally be able to customize
the external display database to add visual reference points necessary for training.
Fidelity will assist Air Alpha in seeking approval of the unit at JAR-STD 2H,
Level 2. "Fidelity is delighted to be working with Air
